Meet Winsome, Delfina Saddlery’s beautiful logo - painted by famed equine painter, Shannon Lawlor - come alive as a custom charm.

We were soooo tired of the basic and overdone rodeo ponies and wanted something classier and more reminiscent of today’s sport horse. Winsome evokes the classic equine profile seen in art for centuries; she has a strong, sharp look like that of a knight’s loyal war horse.

Winsome is truly one-of-a-kind and took months of research and development to work out all the details and finally settle on a pattern we loved - but we finally found her!

Winsome looks fabulous on your purse, carrying your car keys, hanging out on your barn gear, or clipped to your ringside bag. No matter where you hang her, she’ll turn heads and stand out in the ring.

Delfina Saddlery uses the finest leather from top tanneries such as Horween, Alran, Haas, Samanta, Remy Carriat, Weinheimer Leder, and Degermann. We stock the most famous Birkin leathers, Epsom, Caviar, Baranil, and everything from goat, lamb, and bull to shell cordovan. Every color of the rainbow is available to you in dozens of textures and finishes to compliment your tastes.

Each piece of Winsome is carefully cut by hand, skived down to just a few millimeters thick, then hand stitched together. All edges are treated with multiple layers of edge paint or other edge treatment to ensure your Winsome won’t look like she needs a body clip in two years.

She’ll make the perfect gift for your trainer in her barn colors, a fabulous commemorative gift for that special rider in your life, a totally unique show award, or a unique purse charm in your favorite colors.  Winsome can be created in any scale you like - from purse charm to life size.

You can also have her stamped in gold foil with your initials, a horse’s name, or a barn name.

We happen to have four pieces available today: two in fuscia Tannery Samanta caviar leather (the same House Chanel uses) and turquoise bull leather from Remy Carriat. One model has black edge paint. Both versions have gold chains and lockable rings.

The next piece is made of Himalayan lizard and taupe Vachetta leather from Louis Vuitton’s tannery, with a chrome chain and lockable ring.

The final piece is made of purple Avancorpo from Tatra Tannery paired with a burgundy Horween Dublin. This model has a self leather strap with small functional gold buckle and matching keepers.
